Shipping Policy

Currently Rotomac Global Pvt. Ltd. offering Payment and Shipping Mode as PBD (Payment Before Delivery), which means you have to place order through our website and need to pay at the time of shipping and checkout, then product will be delivered at your mentioned destination.

Shipping Periphery 

Currently Shipping and payment is available only in India. Customer from any area/city/state, under the constitution of India, can order online and product will be delivered at your place.

Free Shipping

We do Free Shipping for orders which are above Rs. 200/- applicable within India.

In case of delivery failure on the prescribed date and time due to your mistake you have to pay Rs. 50/- additional and we will deliver your product on the next day or the next schedule.

Paid Shipping

For orders below Rs. 200/-, we charge Rs. 50/- towards shipping charges, applicable within India.

Product Delivery 

We will ship your order through a prominent and reputed courier agency or through our stores or through our channel partners. Before delivery of our product we will confirm your delivery schedule on your phone / e-mail.

Shipping Turnaround Time 

Any order received by us is processed and dispatched from our Distribution Center within 2 working days. The deliveries are generally made between 3 and 7 working days within India, depending on the destination area. In any specific circumstances due to natural disaster, public riots, strikes etc. your delivery may delay for more hours to more days.

Product Packaging

Utmost care is taken in packaging of the merchandise at our Distribution Centers. However, the customer is advised to ensure that the package is received in sealed condition at the time of delivery. Please do not take delivery of any package if you find that the seal is open or it is in damaged condition. If any merchandise is received in damaged condition, Please get in touch with us within 30 days. We offer a 30 Days Return Policy. Refer to our Return Policy for more details.

Bulk Orders

In case the order is of more than 100 pieces, we consider is as bulk order. In such a case the shipping will be treated as discrete shipping clearly means Non-commercial Shipping and delivery. For the purpose we are required to have duly signed disclaimer form in which you have to notice that your shipping is non-commercial. Such form you can send through your e-mail registered with us (website). If you do not provide or do not agree, your shipment will be treated as Commercial Shipment and Commercial Shipping Charges will be applicable. For non-commercial (personal) shipping charges are free for order cost above Rs. 200/- and Rs. 50/- for order cost below Rs. 200/-. For such bulk orders, your shipping and delivery may delay. We will inform you the shipping details within 2 days after your shopping. If you agree to pay commercial shipping charges if applicable, we will deliver your products otherwise your order will be cancelled. You can contact us for all such orders through mail or call us on our helpline numbers.

Billing and Shipping Address

During shopping through our website, all the address mentioned in registration will be treated as Billing Address. We provide additional facility to provide Shipping Address other than Billing Address. Just after checkout and site login you will be asked for shipping address, which will be by default your billing address, where you can change shipping address, if you wish to deliver product destination other than billing address. The facility is applicable within India.

Failure Delivery Due to Incorrect Address

We recommend validating the email id and your shipping / billing address inputs before confirming the same on our website. We do not take responsibility if the delivery address provided is incorrect or outdated. Before any delivery we confirm shipping address, email and contact number of yours. Even in case if your address is wrong, product will not deliver at your end. If a package is returned to us because of the incorrect or outdated address, we will consider the order status as closed. Failure Delivery Attempts

Our shipment partner / courier agency shall make two attempts to deliver your package in case of unsuccessful delivery due to any reason. After these attempts we will consider the order status as closed.

Refused by Recipient (in case of shipping address is other than billing address)

If you are sending a product to destination address other than billing address and recipient refuse to accept the package due to any reason, the package will then be returned to us as undeliverable.

Order Cancellation

If order closed or cancelled due to any reason like wrong address, refusal etc., we will have rights to mark penalty to you in terms of payment.

Product Out of Stock

In case if product is out of stock, we will inform you the tentative shipping/delivery period. If you agree to new tentative delivery period, the product will be delivered t you as soon as possible when product become in-stock, otherwise we will offer you other products of same worth, even if you are not agree, we will refund your full order cost including shipping cost

Shipping Days

We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

Shipping and Billing Invoice

Laws and Jurisdiction

This shipping policy shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. All legal disputes are subject to Kanpur jurisdiction only.

Modification of Terms & Conditions of Service

Rotomac.com and Rotomac Global Pvt. Ltd. have rights to modify the shipping policy any time without any prior notification to you. You can access the latest page on rotomc.com. You should regularly review the shipping policy on rotomac.com. In the event the modified shipping policy is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified shipping policy of this site.
