Delivery & Returns Policy

Returns are available for all products, within 30 days of shipping provided the RETURN CONDITIONS are same as specified as at the time of delivery.

You can send back the item you have purchased to us in its original condition and tags with the same package within 7 days, in case you do not like it for any reasons.

In case of genuine fault from our side, we will refund the money including the shipping cost or we may replace the product without additional charges.

Return Process

There can be two reasons for return and thus two options/process are available :

A. At the time of delivery if you find product or seal in damaged conditions, you can refuse the delivery. The customer is advised to ensure that the package and product is received in sealed and in original/complete condition at the time of delivery. Please do not take delivery of any package if you find that the seal is open or it is in damaged condition or product is in damaged condition. In such a case you can call us at +91-9919323281 or you can fill “Order Refusal Form” available with Delivery person/product pack. Fill the form and get the duplicate/receiving mentioning Order/Cancellation Number, from that person. Then after call us at our helpline numbers (+91-9919323281) or raise a support ticket at our e-mail mentioning Order/Cancellation Number, reason of refusal etc. Then we will deliver your product at next schedule. If you find no Refusal Form please call us at +91-9919323281 or e-mail us at info@rotomac.com

B. Return After Delivery : The customer is advised to ensure that the package and product is received in sealed and in original/complete condition at the time of delivery. Please do not take delivery of any package if you find that the seal is open or it is in damaged condition or product is in damaged condition. Even if you accept the product and found any defect later, you can return your product within 30 days from the date of delivery. In such a case you need to contact us at our helpline numbers at +91-9919323281 or e-mail us at info@rotomac.com.

Return Conditions

1. Purchases must be returned from the original shipping address with the original Returns/Refusal/Cancellation Form.
2. Items returned must be in their unused, original condition with all Rotomac product tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.
3. Incomplete, damaged, used or altered returns or anything we reasonably believe has been used will not be accepted.
4. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.
4. Complete the Refusal/Returns/Cancellation Form, and include in the box.
5. Close the box and tape securely.
6. We do not accept any returns after 30 days of receiving the shipment.
7. Any complaint with regards to defect or any other should be reported to us within 2 days of the receipt of the products at +91-9919323281 or info@rotomac.com

Refund on Returns

1. All charged cost will be refund.
2. We will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable any.
3. At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
4. In case of orders with free shipping, shipping cost would be deducted from the refund.
5. If you wish and want the product replaced, Product of the same price value will be delivered.

Cancellations

Order can not be cancelled once it has been placed.

Use the original box and packaging materials if possible.

Laws and Jurisdiction

This returns/exchange policy shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. All legal disputes are subject to Kanpur jurisdiction only.

Modification of Terms & Conditions of Service

Rotomac.com and Rotomac Global Pvt. Ltd. have rights to modify the returns/exchange policy any time without any prior notification to you. You can access the latest page on rotomc.com. You should regularly review the returns/exchange policy on rotomac.com. In the event the modified returns/exchange policy is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified returns/exchange policy of this site.
